Josh Redhouse joined the Wakeling Automotive team in 2008 as a Sales Trainee with a desire to build a career within the automotive industry. Over the next eight years, Josh’s drive and ambition paved the way for success, leading him to his current position of General Sales Manager. Completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Management and Marketing), Josh leads his team, striving for excellence and perfection in all areas of the business. Josh has achieved a number of awards over his career including Volkswagen Sales Manager of the Year in 2012, 2013 and 2015 as well as the 2015 Paul Wakeling Motor Group Manager of the Year. Josh’s achievements are merely a testament to his hard work and dedication to the Volkswagen business.
Shane Burke, Assistant Sales Manager, has been part of the Wakeling Automotive Group for over five years. Shane is a passionate and dedicated asset to the Volkswagen team, bringing with him a range of skills and qualifications including Personal Management training levels 1 & 2. During Shane’s time as Assistant Sales Manager, Shane has helped to lead the team to great success including National Volkswagen Dealer of the Year 2013 and 2015. David joined the Volkswagen team back in 2014 bringing with him extensive sales and management experience. David joined the Volkswagen New Car Sales Team in 2016, bringing with him a strong interest and desire to succeed within the automotive industry. David has completed a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in International Management and has extensive experience within the fashion industry in the areas of business development management. On top of his degree, he has also completed training on the latest Volkswagen technologies and systems including Bluemotion Technologies, Drivingu2 and International Basic Training. David brings to the Volkswagen team a positive attitude, a thorough understanding of the product and latest technologies as well as great pride in everything that he does.
Mark has been around prestige cars for a while now, coming to us from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Before that he was working in the car rental industry so it makes sense that his knowledge of cars and the automotive industry make fir an interesting conversation. If you like all things with wheels you could also talk to him about his passion for Motorbikes and where he likes to ride. Coming from Poland originally, Mark recently moved to Camden and decided to create the perfect work life balance by moving jobs closer to home. Like many of our staff he is hoping to make life easier for his customers and also climb the corporate ladder and one day be in charge. Until then, he is a great source of information and someone you should definitely meet on your next trip to Paul Wakeling Volkswagen.
Jill comes to us with some great Customer Service experience from previous roles. Starting with Paul Wakeling in another department, she is now your main contact on Volkswagen Service reception. She loves it when she hears feedback from customers that they have had a great experience with the service department and is truly passionate about her customers. The only thing Jill is more passionate about is shopping and in her words, “Could find a shop in a field”. If it’s service you’re after give Jill a call.
Jon is the guy you see walking around half asleep as he has a young family (2 kids under 3) that don’t allow for much relaxation at home. He might not get much sleep but every chance he gets he is spending time with his family or playing soccer. Jon has been in the industry almost 20 years now and came to Wakelings after a chance phone call from our service department to the fleet company he worked for presented him with an opportunity to ask for a job. He’s been here 3 years now in Volkswagen and strives to get a good outcome for his customers. He is trying to eventually work his way up to Management, but in the meantime making his customers happy and making sure they walk out of his Service Department smiling is all he asks.
